2007
Founded in Rockford
Stateline Rental Properties is established to manage residential rentals across Rockford, Illinois and the surrounding area.
2009
Formally incorporated
The business is incorporated on September 21, 2009 — putting a formal structure behind the operation.
2011
BBB file opened
A Better Business Bureau file is opened on August 29, 2011, beginning a public, third-party record of conduct.
2012
BBB accredited, A+
Stateline earns BBB accreditation on October 1, 2012, and has maintained an A+ rating ever since.
